RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have been exceeded since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  It must also be in the original packaging and with relevant tags attached.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Please contact us prior to shipment on sales@bottomofthecupboard.com.au to make arrangements.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale products, unless deemed faulty.

If your BOTC item has been purchased via a supplier, please contact the relevant distributer to make arrangements. 

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

We are unable to refund shipping fees unless deemed faulty.
